<P><BR><FONT color=#663300>기도하기가 어렵거나 또 어떻게 기도해야 할지 잘 모르더라도
<BR>기도하도록 스스로를 도와야 합니다. <BR><BR>첫번째로 사용할 방법은 침묵입니다. <BR>우리가
내적·외적으로 침묵을 실행해 보지 않고서는<BR>하느님의 존재 안으로 들어갈 수 없습니다. <BR><BR>내면의
침묵은 매우 어렵지만<BR>우리는 그것을 위해 노력해야만 합니다. <BR>침묵 안에서 우리는 새로운
에너지,<BR>진정한 일치를 발견할 것입니다. <BR>하느님의 에너지가 모든 일을 잘 이룰 수
있도록<BR>우리의 힘이 되어주실 것입니다. <BR><BR>그리하여 우리의 생각이 그분의 생각과,<BR>우리의
기도가 그분의 기도와, <BR>우리의 행동이 그분의 행위와, <BR>우리의 삶 자체가 그분의 생명과<BR.
일치되도록 해주실 것입니다. <br> <BR>일치는 기도와 겸손과 사랑의
열매입니다.<BR><BR><BR><FONT color=#666666>It is difficult to pray
if you don’t know how to pray, <BR>but we must help ourselves
to pray. <BR><BR>The first means to use is silence. <BR>We
cannot put ourselves directly in the presence of God <BR>if we
do not practice internal and external silence.<BR><BR>The
interior silence is very difficult, but we must make the
effort. <BR>In silence we will find new energy and true unity.

energy of God will be ours to do all things well, <BR>and so
will the unity of our thoughts with His thoughts, <BR>the
unity of our prayers with His prayers, <BR>the unity of our
actions with His actions, of our life with His life.
